How We Started
Built From a Simple Belief
Falak Enterprise began in Bhopal when our founders saw a gap — premium solar installations were available only to large corporations. Homeowners and small businesses were either priced out or left with substandard systems.
We set out to make solar easier to assess, install and maintain. Our work brings site assessment, equipment selection, installation and application support together, with the scope and after-sales terms explained in the project proposal.
Since 2017 that's added up to 68 systems and 278 kW installed — every one of them run by our own team, start to finish, not handed off to a subcontractor.

Written Warranty Terms
Your quote identifies the equipment model and manufacturer warranty. Product, performance and installation coverage have different terms and exclusions.
Customer Portal & Support
Ask about portal access, service requests and monitoring for your system. Availability and duration are confirmed in your project or service terms.
Application Support
We help with eligible PM Surya Ghar applications, net metering and DISCOM coordination. You provide the required documents and authorisations; approval rests with the relevant authority.
Agreed Installation Schedule
We propose a schedule after reviewing the site, equipment and approvals. Weather, site readiness and DISCOM processes can affect completion dates.
